Thanks for the seed. I am doing rips of Nick's old records. I just recorded Frequency (pristine vinyl, few storage scratches), and City Nights (very worn grooves with scratches but sounds great) is finished. I hope there is some interest because I would like to share them.

Great sounding rip you did. I tend to turn up recording volume on records. I like the power but it also makes a larger file size or it isn't worth the trouble. I did mine with audacity and 320 mp3. I'll take a look at making them smaller before post.
