I think it would be quicker, with less leechers(about 10-15), and when they are finished( i hope in 1 day), the others can dl the game faster from the 10-15 seeder. But now there are 200 leechers and only 1 seeder, and we have to wait for a month to dl it...
Dangarion, you should ban the leechers, and only allow 10 leecher to dl from you, and the others can dl from him.

Im at 95.1% and its like a sprinter guy with very very bad energy.. He runs up to like 400-500kB/s and keeps up there until its gone like 1 minute! Then he goes down to the speed of 0kB/s! But it actually work!

...and after the installation of it you should have a GREEN Thunder ico in your system tray (right-low corner of your screen)
Right-click on the icon to bring up a drop-down menu (well....drop-up menu)
In Emulation select All options "ON"
and then at Virtual CD/DVD-ROM/ device...[bla,bla] no media / mount image select the .iso file of the game (approx. 4,18 GB)...Leave the wizard load and install the game to your favorite directory.
After the game installation you should read the Wordpad file that I've put in the Patches Folder...
Have a nice Play...and learn - learn - learn - about "How To Do Stuff In Virtual Life".....All you have to DO is little more reading...

I wish this site had forums, but it doesn't, so here goes. This was my first try with this torrent stuff and everything went better than expected.
I went with the azureus program. I have my upload speed set to unlimited but it won't upload any faster than 40kB/s. My internet is capable of 385kB/s. This makes it hard to build up my share ratio. I currently have 12 peers connected and its a slow go. I been seeding for almost 24 hours straight, and my ratio is only .8
Is there any way to make it go faster?
I pay a lot for internet, I need to get my moneys worth. I dont like uploading at less than dial up speed.

Did you check your disk space or not?
The .iso files open with DaemonTools or Alcohol and is Not .rar files

i mounted the iso image with daemon tools
i ran the image
i installed oblivion
i installed the update
i replaced the nodvd crack with the original oblivion.exe
i double click my oblivion thingy on my desktop and set up my vid options, i kno my computer can handle this game cuz i looked it up
my comp stats are:
--3.33ghz intel duo core processor with hyperthreading
--1024mb ram
--geforce 3 ti200 graphics card
when i click play i get this error

The original EXE is 1.0 and teh patch is supposed to update it to 1.15, the problem is that the patch is updating it to 1.2!!!! and so the hacked EXE don't work!

Sounds to me like your hard drive is formatted with FAT32 instead of NTFS. FAT32 cannot support files 4gb or larger.

Hey all, first post, noob here. I've already downloaded. . .installed, worked. . everything was great. about 4-6 hours into the computer would lock for about 10 secs then restart. This happened quite a few times over the next week,. .soon however after restarting would start getting "disc read errors" while booting to winxp. . anybody else? (this is also after scanning with Kaspersky). Finally had to format/reinstall winxp. Chalk up to disc error, or has anybody else had this happen????

i need some help... whenever i run the .iso through daemon tools i get a mesage right at the end of preparing to installation wizard saying :
An error (-5009..blah blah...) ha soccured while running setup.
Make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other application, if this happens again contact your vendor.

*EDIT* I actaulyl solved the problem, this is a common XP laptop problem apparently, all you do is go to C:\My Computer\Program Files\Common Files\ Install Shield\Proffesional
something like that, and DELETE the entire professional folder. and its fixed =] "vwala" for u frenchies =]

the strange thing is that the game works fine until i get to that sewers door after that the old man has been killed when i use the "oldblivion_0.11t2" in the extra stuff folder, but if i use the original installed game i only get to were the old man talks in the beginning (short film), but when that is done, the game crashes. If i press ESC to cancel the film in the start it all sow happens.. and my computer meets the needing's to play the game :P what can i do?!

I want to tell you about the H E L P file I've put in this torrent. IT DOES NOT TELL ANYWHERE to use the files from the "extra folder".
This folder is O N L Y for some guys that know how to use it.
YOU have to install the game from Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120 or PowerISO....(and I suggest to install it in a hard drive different than C:\Program Files....I use the directory E:\Games\Oblivion\Oblivion.exe for example...) then install the 1.1.511 patch(Oblivion_v1[1].1UKEnglish.exe) in the game directory that contains the oblivion.exe and then extract the files from (....nocd patch 1.1.511/tes4-dtn.rar) to your installation directory...It's so simple...It is NOT good to read that some guys have downloaded the game and play it without any problems and some other guys complain about everything....May be you Don't know how to install a game generally...

Ok, I burned the .iso to a disc, uninstalled the previous oblivion I had reinstalled it and then whenever I run it it comes up with a little window in the top left corner of my screen that says "Oblivion in the head and the rest of it is black, then an error pops that only said oblivion has encountered a problem and needs to close. Oblivion will run on any PC with: 1.5GHZ Dual core or above(dual core is more powerfull and therefore makes it equivelent to P4) and Intel's GMA 950 runs well(Even if it is limited to 64MB on the macbook) and for oblivion i would reccommend 2GB Ram for enchanced performence. Also windows Vista IS compatible with it.

I've downloaded, installed, updated and copied and pasted the crack in the oblivion folder... the game seemed to work fine for about 5 minutes or so, when i was unable to move my mouse or press any buttons... the weird thing is that the animation is still there and the character kept moving and stuff

I never got any feedback. How do I do this? It keeps telling me that the crack won't run because it's missing a binkw.dll file and I can't fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

iv downloaded it, mounted the iso and it says there was a problem and needs to close ect., i had the same problem with morrowind and fixed it jus by reinstalling it. Iv tried to read his installing tutorial and it wont let me open the rar file in the in the nocd patch 1.1.511 folder. Im pretty pissed off because iv tried to download other isos of this and ended up with a bunch of rar files

Pigobenis, try extracting the rarfiles with something like winrar, it should bulk the files into an iso. Or at least you should have that option when you load winrar.

But this seems to be a D2D(direct2drive) version, with have a .exe that the OBSE cannot use.

i used winrar to get the oblivion part
i then extracted it to alot of diffrent places but it wont work that well
then i click run on it
and it says something about reinstalling it could fix it (one of thouse shit error messages)

they say the most frequent crash with this game is at start. b4 you play it for the first time after installing change the resolution to smth else and then quit and start again. this time you can pick any resolutuon. this should avoid crashing. the same goes for Morrowind.

Everytime i try to start the game it says this "The application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found.
