For me this was a must have. Been looking for it for about 5 years. Happy to make it available on TPB. A very interesting story that spans continents. Tyrone Powers does his usual great acting in a period piece. The main difficulty in the story is that the female lead, in both voice and appearance, appears to be in her early teens. Her age is not specified in the story and may have just been one of the unspoken elements of the story given that it was filmed in the late 40s, early 50s of censorship. Oh well, no big deal, but I did have to concentrate to get past her baby voice. Watching early Orson Wells is always a treat. Many reasons to add this to your collection. IMDB: In the time of the crusades, a Saxon youth is forced to run away from England. He goes with his loyal retainer who brings along a British long bow. The two go all the way to China where they become involved in intrigues in the court of Kubla Kahn. The female lead is played by Cecile Aubry. If you picture her as a romantic young teenager raised on stories of miracles, she comes across quite nicely. Just wanted to give credit where it was due.

I'm having a problem with this one. The sound and picture are out of sync. Can this be fixed? This is the first one of yours that has done that. I have updated codecs and am using Nero Show Time player. It won't run in Quick Time at all. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I quality check using Media Player Classic and/or Windows Media Player (latest version). I'll check the file this morning to see if it is still ok.

Humnn......the sound is in sync on Windows Media Play and Media Player Classic. Just checked the file that downloads. Not sure what the problem might be.

My Windows Media Player is snafu. Won't play anything. Keep getting error message. Downloaded Media Player Classic, and it plays video, but no audio. Still out of sync in Nero. I'll try it in the Mac and get back to you. Thanx.
