Maybe if more people actually bought the comic rather than only DL it, then they wouldnt have to "gouge".
I DL the issues I want because I live far away from anywhere that sells them. However when I do make it to town, I do buy the physical issues too.

first off, thx dark elf. secondly, i do buy the comics, i just prefer to read them on my pc instead. infact i didnt start reading most of the series i buy until i read them from DE.
Buy the ones you like, even if you are on unemployment you can afford 3-4 a week

Marvel is having its biggest year ever w/ the success of Dark Reign. Not every comic costs 3.99. It all depends on the title. I download from TPB a lot of issues, but I still go out there and support my artists and writers.

I love the scans!
Respect to all the scanners, I wind up downloading a bunch of comics per week but then if i really like it, i go buy it. Once you buy a few you wind up buying the series and so forth!
