This isn't in English. It's Russian.. Evern the link in your description is in Russian... I play it even it's Russian, though, cuz' it is easy to understand what to do :) Luckily the scutcenes is in english...

The language CANNOT be changed into English, but it can be changed into German or Spanish.

ok i have changed the language to english all you have to do is go to here
"C:R.G.R3PacKDead Rising 2datafrontend"
then delete str.en change str.ja to str.en and that should change it

if you want to change the language go to registry and change rupatch value from 1 to 0
