There is no problem with the video. Here's the thing: the video quality of the aerial shots of Rio taken from a helicopter is very bad. And because the movie opens with this footage, one thinks, 'ffs, this movie is going to be unwatchable!' But don't worry, the rest of the video is good, and the aerial shots aren't an important part of the documentary.
