I get the separate sound file thing but how does one go about switching the 'English' file (track 2) for the 'Russian' file (track 1)??
I tried copying & pasting the English file into the MKV file but all that got me was both the Russian and English audio files tracks running at the same time.
Anyone??

Use ConvertXtoDVD. when you've loaded the .mkv file into the program then right click on the Titleset then select Merge Files. Here is where you select the cross next to the file to open it up and untick Russian. You then select the audio symbol in the same menu to add the dts as a seperate file but in the same Titleset.
