I can't play the file. What do I need?
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file is either corrupt or the Player does not support the format you are trying to play.

If you are not getting video then either download the Divx codec from DIVX.COM or use VLC Player. You need the Divx codec in order to play the film otherwise you won't get any video at all.
