What YOU saw was a screener, which would have "property of ..." messages scrolling across the screen, watermark(s) blurred out and probably black & white periods (common in screeners).
If you didn't, then the film was probably severely cropped to remove them.
This is a "proper" rip of the pre-release retail DVD.
