Only DTS? I haven't found a way to convert that to something easy to use yet, can someone seed a version with the ac3 track instead if this doesn't include one? Thanks!

Seeeeeed. It says its going to take 3yrs to download haha but it actually says that.
And NeverEnuf80 pretty much any program that you get to convert videos (I convert them to mp4 for my apple tv) will convert the sound to stereo so it will play on your tv or avr, but i have used 2 programs that will convert the sound to Dolby Digital. Both "MP4 Tools" and "Handbrake" will both do this. With MP4 Tools it will just straight up do, but with handbrake it will also do a DTS pass thru if you ever want to use that in the future.
Remux videos are ALL the real deal.
