Advice: Uninstall Shock wave player then install it from the Singcoach disc by running the file shockwave_Installer_Full.exe which is in the redistr file.
Also install direct X v9.0 from the disc by running dxsetup.exe which is in the Directx9 directory.
I am using Windows XP.
My problem seemed to be that I had newer versions of these plug ins. By installing the versions which come with the software it sorted things out.
It may do the same for you.
