You need to open Index.html with a web browser. It will look like a website - but really its just on your computer. =P

Finally, someone smart enough to upload this. Unfortunately this guide is about as lack luster as I expected.. not bad in it's own right, but NOT worth paying for. I've skimmed over it and learned absolutely nothing. Thanks for the upload!
