These are the recovery Pars for the users who are stuck on 99.9% on torrent DEFCON_16_DVD_VIDEO_COMPLETE. I have deleted that torrent and this torrent will live for another few weeks until no one is downloading from it anymore.

These PARs did work for me. I now have a complete copy of the DVD set, as far as I can tell (I've run unRARing tests against the entire archive, with no errors).
I will consider starting a new torrent to seed the entire archive if there seems to be demand (if not enough people make it to download this torrent).

I'm interested in using this. I've been stuck at 99.9% for a few days on the complete. How do these work? What do I have to do with them to make them unrar the whole set of the DVDs?

I tried using the PAR files to fix my 99.99% DL of the DVD torrent, but for part1, it still says it needs 58 blocks. Can anyone seed the full video torrent or provide more PARs, please?
