I am getting some "Access violation exception while 'reading from' address 0x1c at address 0x6d9d18e4. It has a bunch of other things also..but don't know if its pertinent. Basically its caught in a funtion and won't load. Any ideas?

Doesn't work for me. I start rapala.exe from bin folder, I get the intro sound and then nothing, just a black screen. The error is: [APP ] Registry error: unable to open registry ! , so I'm guessing it needs a registry fix (not included in the download). Can anyone help? DOTOCM1?

Hey guys, for those of you who get the blank intro with some music and then it hangs/crashes I found the solution in another torrent.
1. Go to this part in your game directory. "Rapala® Pro Fishing Rip {DJDotcom1}\Rapala\Movies"
2. Delete the two intro video files. "Atvi" and "Magic Wand".
3. Start the game from "Rapala.exe" in the "Bin" as DOTCOM1 said
This worked for me, and i am running Vista

After finishing the Peacock Special Tournament in the Amazonas the game will play a video. Once played my game crashes. I've tried deleting the amazonas.avi as I thought it might be the same problem some guys had with the intro, but that didn't solve my problem.
Anyone else has this?

Works great for me (Win7). Didn't need to remove any video/intro files either - those worked too.
Great rip, doesn't appear to be missing anything.

I can't seem to get my controller to fully work with it however.
Everything works apart from moving the rod while fishing, no matter what I set the control options as I have no choice but to use the mouse for rod movement (lol).
