CAPSIZED PC GAME 2011 Installation: 1- Burn/mount iso file, 2- Install, 3- Also install XNA Framework 3.5 and others when asked (if you don't have them already), otherwise game will not work 4- Copy crack files from TiNYiSO folder into installation folder, 5- Play! Credits go to SKID ROW team. This release is completely virus free.

Install XNA Framework 3.1 and NET Framework 3.5 together or game will not work...

Thats why both the instructions and the comment both say to install version 3.5 and 3.1.
It doesn't mater what version of anything you have, if you don't have the version the game wants, it won't work.
