Imgburn is the best program for newbeginners. it maybe takes less than a 1MB and its very easy to use. all u have to do is unpack the rar files and u should get filename.img then insert the disk. open imgburn and ull find out the rest.. if not contact me at [email protected] subject torrent/help.. takecare ^^,

To unpack you can use 7-zip instead of Winrar. 7-Zip is free.
