Yes, this indeed has a virus, but you can use FreeArc to extract the installer (131MB) from it and discard the infected 133MB wrapper.

Yes, it definitely has a virus, but you can use 7-Zip to extract the actual installer (131MB) and then discard the 133MB wrapper.
You can also use (Win)UHA to extract the game files from the (131MB) installer.
