sorry for the low download/upload rates i can't put a port for BitLord on My IP adress and it is really annoying. can anyone do a step by step walkthru. or a post to a video?

i can only seed from4pm until 10pm as i am still at school. sorry the uploading has picked up as i am downloading it via utorrent so there will be two seeds from 4-10 until someone else picks up the title but i wil not be one of those people who seed 4 a limited time i'm commited
