Very true what quad says,
unzip the first two zips, np-ff36a.zip and np-ff36b.zip
this should give you two more zips, np-ff361.rar and np-ff361.r00
(for ease you should have probably extracted these to a seperate folder)
extract np-ff361.rar into a new folder and you'll have some of the main files plus ANOTHER .zip (ffxp_serial.zip) which contains a necessary text file
hope this helps someone, i found it a bit confusing...
