Cannot get patch to work. The dialog box opens but doesn't provide the ability to apply the patch.

Always i test my release: i don't know your problem.
Maby you must close the Program from the Task Bar.

As nikita200 said, close the program 1st (check tray icon).
Sometimes you also need to close the patch & re-run it again [especially when u got an AV/sandboxie].
