I know this is a stupid question, but how do I convert this file, so that I can play it on my psps, and what folder do I put it in?

What sort of file is it? if its an iso or cso file then put it into the iso folder, if its a pbp put it into the game, game371 or game380 folder. Just started to download it myself.

Its now finnished downloading. It's a .cso file it will go into the ISO folder. It works great on my custom 3.71 M33 firmware. Thanks for the fantasic game :)
