This seems to work well. No viruses were found upon scanning. It successfully changed my license expiration date from November 30, 2008 to February 25, 2018.

Dl'd your key gen, went to AVG and Dl'd their 8.0.199 AVG Internet Security prog. Installed it and tried your generated key....and, sad to say, it was rejected.
Any suggestions before my free trial period runs out?

@mostwantd:I have not tired the free version key i have only done the AVG + Firewall and AVG Anti Virus, never could find a free AVG, But you might try under Help Activate or Reactivate That is how i got my trial version to take the key.
@Tainan:My Friend had the same problem i have not figured it out yet some of my friend's have problem's and others don't with that have you tried diff serials?, If this keep's happening contact me on Xfire or MSN just click the contact button in the Key Gen

I just went into my AVG after receiving the 'you are evil we want your money' message and updated manually it worked a treat I think?
I had an idea though why don't we all e-mail them saying that if they don't give us all free products for life we will tell the press how we have all been using their 'security' system for years without them working it out. Perhaps Jack Straw (UK Justice Minister who 3000 people received an e-mail from asking them to sen money to africa as he had lost his wallet) was using it too when his system was hacked?

this is not a keygen, is a simple loader. . .
Everytime you generate a key and exit the program, it also appears the same key.
This was done in Visual Basic

And yes sometimes when you do update it comes up with the little " You are using an illegal copy bladibladibla....." If you close that window and AVG then bring it up again (AVG that is not IE) you'll notice everything is fine :) .

All Keygens and cracks almost always come up as trojans or a virus. It's a false positive.
I've gotten several of those with simply autorun.exe from my dvd's, cd's and even my external hard drive.
This works perfectly fine. \o/
