Hi, I encountered a problem during installation. A message says "Please enter your JeppView serial number. It should be in the form VNX1-1TG3-23HH-2ILM".
Where can I find the the serial number?

After trying some serial numbers, I get a new error message:
"Unable to determine installation location, the installation cannot continue. Please reinstall your program(s) using your program disc."
Any help is much apprciated!
