wht sort of problem..do u get any errors, or doesnt update work at all ?? i am using this my self for the last 6 weeks and i have not had this issue...aftr u ran the patch..under the registration tab for how long does it say that the license is valid for..let me know what i can do to help u further

no errors, did everything like in the instruction:)
all functions work OK, except the update , 14270 days valid, I cant click that damn window where it says BD update unavailable

it installs fine and updates no problem but its kinda bugy, cant bring up the interface but i can bring up the basic settings and when i try the repain install it jsut stops bout 80% and wont go any further : Sshold i jsut try re-install it

Looks OK now. I "think" the fix was to disconnect the network immediately after install. Nice work, sir/madam.

Dear Subzero,
i just did a deep system scan with the bitdefender and it noticed one problem/virus and i bet u can guess what itwas...it was the bitdefender patch.
it gave two options...quarentine or delete, but i chose neither caus then the program would no longer work, am i right?
your expertise would be helpfull

thanks subzero. I just downloaded the 64bit trial version from the bitdefender site and applied the patch. BAM! all good with 14031 days remaining.
Trouble is I get this notification "The product is not activated" and it won't allow me to activate it???. WOW I just got an error message (as I was writing this) wanting me to submit the error report back to bitdefender which allows them to see all my files ???? WTF. any suggestions, anybody?
