The Rainmaker (1956)--- MarkStar

My first upload/rip. This is a great old movie that I couldn't find here so I thought I'd add it. The Rainmaker(1956) NR Flimflamming his way through the drought-plagued Southwest, Bill Starbuck (Burt Lancaster) promises -- for the sum of $100 -- to bring rain to farmer H.C. Curry (Cameron Prud'homme). But Curry's spinster daughter, Lizzie (Katharine Hepburn), remains dubious about Starbuck's guarantee until he works his pitchman charm on her … and the con artist ends up falling in love. Lloyd Bridges and Earl Holliman play Lizzie's brothers in this 1956 classic. As I said, this is my first, so let me know what you think...

I actually thought I had inserted the IMDB code and was surprised when it didn't show up, but now I see that I can edit it in, so I have.
As for the pics... Well, I was just being lazy...

Thanks Mark for this great movie.Now I know from where the Hindi movie "Thoda Sa Roomani Ho Jaye" starring Nana Patekar was copied(which also was great).
