For me no sound at all when playing on WDTV Live but ok on Desktop.
Must be a problem with the WDTV bos and not liking the DTS 5.1 codec.
Anyone has a fix.
The video quality is perfect.

Use Divx Player or VLC Player. If Audio still off Download something called instacodecs. just google it and install it and it makes the audio start working on all three players.

To get surround on WDTV, convert DTS to AC3 with "Popcorn Audio Converter" - Google it :)

@bb63cmv Then find a smaller one or rip it yourself, you chode. This is actually on the SMALL side - good 1080p rips are normally in the 10-12GB range. Seriously people like you should be exterminated for your stupidity.

taz420nj is right. I try to get the 10GB ones. and DTS is definately standard for any semi-current surround sound system. sounds better than the AC3 also. When your going for the gusto and getting an 8-12GB movie, you want the best sound possible... DTS or DTS HD
XBMC is a cool open source media center that will play ALL sound formats, and will bitstream them to your surround sound.
