In 1986, Daisley and drummer Lee Kerslake sued Osbourne for unpaid royalties, eventually winning songwriting credits on Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman. The 2002 reissues of these albums are derided by fans due to the replacement of the original bass and drum tracks of Daisley and Kerslake with new ones by Osbourne's then-current drummer Mike Bordin and bassist Robert Trujillo. Fans and critics generally felt the move was dishonest, especially as no indication of the changes appears on the exterior packaging or sleeves of the altered albums (although stickers indicating this were later added.) Osbourne's wife and manager, Sharon, explained the re-recordings in a press conference: "Because of Daisley and Kerslake's abusive and unjust behaviour, Ozzy wanted to remove them from these recordings. "We turned a negative into a positive by adding a fresh sound to the original albums." Daisley and Kerslake deny the allegations of "abusive behaviour" and continue to battle for royalties owed them for their work on Blizzard of Ozz.[2]

FYI: Scanning the files, with Audiochecker, in this torrent revealed that three albums (Ozzycrities, Under Cover and Black Rain) are bogus FLAC files (i.e MP3 files that were encoded in a lossless format).
Lesson? Scan all lossless stuff that you download with Audiochecker. It'll tell you the truth all the time.

It does matter to us audiophiles who work hard for our expensive music gear to suit and sound best for ourselfs. Lossy mp3's sound shit compared to lossless flacs on good gear period.
You ever heard of DAC? I guess you just run flac files through winamp that sends bytes to your onboard sound card that outputs garbage to your crappy speakers/headphones.
My system consists of DAC/soundcard -> integrated amp -> 2 speakers and good quality cables across sources. All worth around $4000
On the otherhand, on my $100 ipod and $30 headphones I just listen to regular mp3 because it can't reveal any differences between mp3 and flac. You can polish a turd, but it's still a turd. :)

No human being can tell the difference between 320 KBPS Mp3 and FLAC, even if you have a $1,000,000 speaker system with the best gear ever invented. It's impossible to our ears. I only use flac because I like KNOWING that i have a 1:1 copy of music, even though I can't tell the difference.

Hey folks, I must say that zeppfan1968 has good taste in music but in the past some his flac files were in fact mp3's encoded in flac. To whom they say there is no difference in flac and mp3, please don't be ignorant. there is a difference. Please do your homework. To zeppfan1968, great collection you have and I appreciate the effort! But if you mp3's, leave them in mp3 rather than encoding them in flac. Folks please avoid the vulgar language! It's a reflection of your character!

Thanks for putting adding this discography of OzzY.
For all those who have downloaded and left comments it's allot of work building up even just one album let alone 15. I do know this and unfortunatly many don't. If you have no uploads you have no right to leave a negative comment. Educate yourself members. HUGE difference between FLAC and mp3. I do know this as well from my uploads.

For the ones who don't know, "I know it is a old post" there are converters to change formats. You can always change FLAC to MP4's. I use Free Make Audio Converter. You can get a free download here
