The small file you downloaded is a "torrent" file. You should open this file with a program like vuze. You can download this for free. Just google it.
Once you open the small torrent file with vuze it will start downloading.
When the download is complete you have downloaded your simcity 3000.
It will go to the folder selected bij vuze.
Don't pay any attention to suckers like Monkin.
They just think they cool or something.

Just mount the iso (i use daemon) , click instal.
After instal go to program files/maxis/games and make a shortcut from the exe named SC3
Doubleclick and it should start

It's funny...I actually own this game (came with the first pos dell pc I got), but couldn't install it...tried everything. Downloaded this...mounted it...and it installs and runs fine.

Holy crap this torrent downloaded in less than 4 minutes! It was at 1.4-2.0 Mb the whole way, Awesome! Best part i just run it with DTL, go into setup folder, Install, and Play no crack needed for me :) Thx for the torrent!
