Still pretty new to 'torrents' but from what I have seen so far, I am hooked!So all you veterans here - I appreciate your patience with the 'greenies' like me but I would love to contribute but lack the skills to crack and stuff like that. Okay, anyone who's followed this one through had good results?One of the first things the book says is that the first week will be of food deprivation: you'll eat WAY less than usual while still exercising, so to lose fat.
The second and third weeks you'll be back to eating like a pig, as the 1st week was a "primer" to put all extra food as muscle while lifting way heavier weights, what's called the rebound effect.
