I use BS.Player's free edition for MKVs and HD. It works pretty well, but I still use VLC for everything else.

Nero Showtime is barely playing it.
VLC is struggling, best so far but still not watchable.

Plays fine for me. Use zoomplayer dude. It makes all other players look like fresh hot dogshit. Just try it for a week. I bet you my left nut you'll never use anything else. I been using it for... shit... I don't even remember. Over 6-7 years now? I try other players but I always go back to using zoomplayer.

Use total video converter hd,and convert mkv to mkv.It will reduce it's size to 2gb with no visual loss of quality,plus it will make it playable on most players km,gom...
