I have DX9 installed.

Found the solution:
Run autorun.exe in compatibility mode for windows 2000.
1. right click autorun.exe and go to properties
2. Go under the compatibility tab, check the first box on the page and select Windows 2000 from the drop down box
3. Run autorun.exe!
In case anyone was having problems with installation.

after that it has "send error report"
and then it continue installing and then
if it is done it requires right dvd ROM again.
