How come all the movies are just the same file renamed movie001.wmv, movie002.wmv, etc.? It's just a video of the "Produced by W omega Force" animation.
You mentioned you didn't want to upload the movies because it'd be a big file... but would you reconsider if the movies aren't there to begin with?

Hey Subzero, when i try to play the game, regardless of whther throug the desktop shortcut or the exe file, all i get is
"DW6_WIN.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for any inconvenience caused."

I have windows 7, And i still used the one that says windows vista, Soooo, Do this step - by - step.
Download the zip folder, Move the dynasty warriors folder in it to your desktop, Extract the KOEI folder to the folder it is in, Click the KOEI folder click dynasty warriors 6 folder, click either winxp or vista, Then click make desktop icon, Then just use the desktop icon to play the game, And to pass the into of the icon flashing and what not, Just press enter.

Works on WinXP Pro (SP3), Athlon 3000+, 2GB system RAM, Geforce 256MB VGA card. It could takes 1 minute 40 seconds before it get past a black screen and then start to load the BGM. But it only happen per startup of Windows, that mean if I quit the game to Windows' desktop and then relaunch the game again, the game can start up normally without any delay. Anyone know how to fix that? Dynasty Warriors 4 Hyper has no such problem on the same rig. Another PC of mine with dual core CPU boots up this game normal & fine without delays on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1. Gravis GamePad Pro works fine on this game.

Having problem with your gamepad? it keeps selecting things for you? Fixes: Play the game with no gamepad connected to PC for a few seconds.
Save game options, Save savegame as well.
Never choose to auto-map the controllers. Leave Player 2's controller settings alone (Don't even enter).
Connect your gamepad and go to in-game options > Control > Buttons ... select any key/button that you'd want to change and press (keyboard key) ENTER, then press F12 to delete pre-assigned gamepad button, do that for all the gamepad buttons. OR if that still can't fix it, try install this game on another PC that can make the gamepad work. Save your configured settings. Look for "inputmap1.dat" and "inputmap2.dat" in "My DocumentsKOEIDynasty Warriors 6", copy the 2 dat files into a USB flash stick and port them to the PC of yours (like ported it from a friend's PC to your PC).
After that, it may no longer keeps selecting things for you. But the ported gamepad button's mappings are not exactly as it should be ported (though same gamepad controller were use in 2 different PC), so that mean you still need to remap FEW of those buttons again.
Do I actually plays them? No, that's why I've time to type up all this!

_DW6-ViSTA.exe and _DW6-WinXP.exe ... what are they? Game pre-launcher to let you to setup the game's screen resolution and if windowed or not, it's like safe mode.
I ran the "_DW6-ViSTA.exe" under Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (32-bit) ... it crashed my PC and caused cold reboot. But still the "DW6_WIN.exe" makes the game works all fine (set compatibilty mode to Windows Vista SP2). Also choose "RUN AS 256 COLORS" if you're Billidiot Noobs Gates.
Game crashes on start up? the game's pre-assign graphic settings conflicted with your VGA card's (auto) Global Settings? Not 100% compatible sound card and it's drivers?
You can't find viruses in your PC? But the CLEANED OUT viruses already has F V C K E D up your Windows' registries, that mean some games' "lives or dies" is always a mystery!
