i use convertx to take movies from avi to dvd format works good for me also can make to fit screen

convertx too convert avi,s then use nero 7 to burn convertx will open nero on its own to burn it takes me aprox 30 minutes to convert and burn

Divx is good to know for those who know how to use it. Check out chicken run (the 800 mb's version) that should clear up things a little.
Xvid is suitable for most users and over the time you could master it and get good quality movies just like the ones here.
Quality is GOOD as always (To bad FXG does not use x264 to make anamorphic HD's like Nahnce)

OK, I don't really want to nit-pick, but for someone really wanting ripping / codec instructions, your post sounds like "Chicken Run" is either an instructional video, a ripping program, or a brand new CODEC, which we all (?) know it isn't - it's a movie, and you're refering to the 800mB DivX release, I take it?
Why would anyone waste time downloading that P.O.S., and what exactally is it going to clear up?
(must be your rip - only showing 15/8 s/p ratio - lol)
ALSO: NEVER HEARD OF "Nahnce", however I have heard of "NhaNc3", (who release using Matroska ".mkv" CODECS pretty much exclusively).
